Application Instructions for WT's Conduit Team: READ THIS FIRST

Welcome to the Wii Trooper website, and thank you for your interest in joining our team for The Conduit, Nintendo's latest FPS.

Before reading on, please be aware of what we expect from members of our team. WT has 3 key ideals that help us stay ahead of the competition.
1. Teamwork (Teamwork is the most important and effective tool to be successful in the Wii FPS community. You must be willing to contribute ideas and study any finalized plans we create. You must be willing to practice these plans in your off-time, and constantly practice them in public and private matches. You must be willing to sacrifice your own scores for good of the team. Our goal is not to only have incredible individual scores, but to have the best possible team score.)
2. Intelligent gameplay (Everything you do in-game must have a purpose. We do not want players that run around simply looking for frags. We want players that can be very abusive offensively, but also know when and how to avoid death. Use teammates and the map to help yourself be a more efficient, tactful hunter.)
3. The desire to win (WT has a very strong history in FPS games. WT members also do not enjoy losing. While winning is our primary goal, we seek to DOMINATE rival squads. We have no allies. We want to win by large margins. We want the enemy to leave the game saying, "God damn." Hence, we expect our Conduit team members to do whatever it takes to GAURANTEE our team victory, whether it be intensive training, attend regular team practices, contribute to regular team meetings, etc. Do NOT apply if you are not going to give us a solid, conscious effort.)

If you like what you hear, please continue with the application process.

Our application process for The Conduit is a three step program.

First, you need to copy the paste the application below and create a new tryout thread for yourself. Please use complete sentences.

Second, if your application is approved, you will be invited to tryout for our team. You must find 3 WT members in our chatroom to try you out. You will be judged on your style, teamwork, and overall skill. Upon your first tryout, we will create a poll for you (that you will not be able to see). You must receive a YES vote from EACH of these 3 members.

Third, if you receive 3 YES votes from current WT members, you will then be invited to the final step of your application process. We will conduct a 5-10 minute voice interview to make sure you are a right fit for WT. We want to make sure you are a good fit for us, and we are a good fit for you. [wt] Zzz will conduct all interviews using either Skype or WiiSpeak. You must contact him for your interview.

GOOD LUCK!

RE: Application Instructions for WT's Conduit Team: READ THIS FIRST

Great stuff Z

One thing im keen on in Euro is loyalty.

Skill is important - but it is nothing without loyalty - in fact it can be just a mask for the snakes..

Its a tricky one - but we found that when we have prolonged tryouts...and im talking at least a week...
Encouraging time spent in CB etc...

We whittle out alot of ship...

Currently i have a few guys hanging around my CB

they are stand up guys - great players and have NEVER clan hopped.

With a team like that behind me im always very confident.

Again just my "brain fart."Big Grin

<[wt][Ali-A]> I love coming from behind .x|D
